Use of the service

• Add vehicles to your personal dashboard to monitor their MOT and tax status
• Receive optional email reminders before your MOT or tax expires

Account

To use dashboard and reminder features, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account, as this is the sole method of authentication.

You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard. This will permanently remove your account, all vehicle associations, and reminder preferences. Cached vehicle data (which is publicly available information) will not be removed.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

Vehicle data

Vehicle information displayed on this service is sourced from the DVLA Vehicle Enquiry Service and is publicly available data. We display this information as-is and do not verify its accuracy independently.

This service is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, or motoring advice. Always check your vehicle documents and the official DVLA and MOT services for definitive information.

Reminders

Email reminders are sent as a convenience and should not be relied upon as your sole means of tracking MOT or tax expiry dates. We make reasonable efforts to send reminders accurately and on time, but we cannot guarantee delivery.

It is your responsibility to ensure your vehicle's MOT and tax are valid. We accept no liability for missed reminders, delayed emails, or any consequences of driving without valid MOT or tax.
